John Gray & Son offers two different types of roadsweeping brushes.   

Poly wafer brushes 

These brushes are manufactured by pressing bristle around a metal ring.  We offer a wide range of sizes of these brushes and can manufacture to most specifications.   

From Bobcat brushes to Broce brooms – we supply them all. 

We offer single and double pin brushes and waved brushes.   We offer these brushes with a 2×3 (Hard), 1×2 (Medium) and 1×1.2 (Soft) polypropylene bristle for different applications. 

We also offer spacers for the different sizes. 

Block or Mechanical Broom Brushes 

We manufacture these brushes by stapling heavy duty bristle into a plastic core.  We put an end cap on each end which accommodates a 40mm square bar. 

We offer these brushes with a 2×3 (Hard), 1×2 (Medium) and 1×1.2 (Soft) polypropylene bristle for different applications. 

Wheel Arch Brushes  

We manufacture these brushes by filling curved oak with nylon bristle.  These brushes are placed on the wheel arch and keep them clean. 

Gutter Sweeping Brushes
