Custom Brushes
We design and manufacture custom brushes to specification. We use various materials which include nylon and HDPE. We use various bristle depending on application – these include nylon, polypropylene, tampico (mexican fibre), wildebeest, wire to name a few.
Rotary Brushes
Rotary Brushes or Roller brushes can either be staple set/ tufted or spiral wound.
Rotary brushes are used to clean, polish and guide during various manufacturing processes. A variety of filament or bristle can be used to manufacture these brushes.

Strip Brushes
Two types of strip brushes are available, namely rigid back strip brushes and staple set brushes. Rigid strip brushes are available in 3 channel sizes – ie. 4×4, 6×7 and 9×9. Staple set strip brushes are typically made with an HDPE, acetal or nylon base.
Twisted in Wire Brushes
Twisted in Wire brushes are also referred to as tube, pipe or boiler tube brushes. They are made by twisting wire and inserting various types of bristle to form a brush that can be used to clean various types of pipes and tubes.
Roadsweeping Brushes
We offer two types of roadsweeper brushes; these include road sweeping brushes utilized in the civils industry for the building of roads and road sweeping brushes that are used on the street sweepers.
